Using only local safehouse apples, our triple-distilled double agent small batch vodka is the result of our maker’s objective to get to the adulterated “heart of the heart.” With a stated goal to create a clean, bright and clear vodka without compromise, the result is an approachable drink informed by the natural minerality of our region’s glacial origins and other unidentifiable sources.

THE SKINNY SPY

2oz Spy vodka 
¾oz Meredith’s ginger lime elixir*
2oz sparkling water
Garnish with a sprig of mint and/or a couple of seasonal berries (raspberries, strawberries or cherries) or a slice of green apple
Combine Spy vodka, ginger lime elixir and sparkling water and pour over a glass with ice
Top with a garnish of choice from the suggested ingredients above
*If unavailable, make a simple syrup from lime, ginger and honey
