Choose from our signature smoked salmon, beet & horseradish, pastrami smoked salmon, peppered smoked salmon or cajun smoked salmon.
All our salmon is sourced from canadian sources which have a 4 star BAP certification at a minimum.
We don’t use artificial preservatives, flavours or colours, and always slice our product by hand.
Our signature smoked salmon is smoked over our own blend of Hickory, Cherry and Alder wood. Our flavourings are made in house using our own recipes.Â
