ACTUALLY A PRETTY BIG DILL, PORK SAUSAGE, LINKHAUS
A really flavourful and unique profile that comes all the way from eastern Europe and western Russia. Dill seed, dill weed, and caraway at the forefront, backed up by some garlic and black pepper. Equally good either hot or cold.

Recommended Side Dish Accompaniment: Try it as the protein in borscht. Alternatively alongside some potato/cheese pirogis and green veg. Also serve chilled and sliced as charcuterie or on a sandwich with hard boiled egg!
Recommended Drink Pairing: New Zealand or California Sauvignon Blanc will play nicely with the herbaceous flavour here, or have them with a gin martini or Bloody Caesar.
