RICOTTA GNOCCHI, FROZEN
We start with a base of our house-made ricotta cheese, add some eggs and flour to bring the dough together, and finish by hand rolling each individual gnocchi. This gnocchi pairs well with ragu’s, pesto, and any tomato or cream based sauces. Each order contains 500g (4 servings) of frozen ricotta gnocchi.Â
Cooking Instructions: Cook from frozen. Put into salted rapidly boiling, cook for 5-8 Minutes, or until they are floating.
