The Thunberg Farms Chickens are Heritage Breeds of Chickens. There are different eggs and colours in the carton. Chickens are fed an Omega enriched feed. The chickens are outside at all times, unless temperature drops below –3. With a mild winter they have a very varied diet – the chlorophyll in the summer from the grass makes the yolks turn a deep yellow (sometimes almost orange).
These eggs look better, taste better, and are better for you!
