ORGANIC SANTA YNEZ BLEND EVOO, 500ml
This organic field blend draws heavily on the classic Italian varietals (grown in California) of Leccino, Frantoio, Pendolino and Maurino with a smattering of other varietals like Itrana, Grappolo, and San Felice. It has aromas of fresh green tomatoes (not fried!) and citrus rind with flavors of tomato and artichoke. This oil is loaded with polyphenols and is highly aromatic, and moderately bitter and pungent. Certified Extra Virgin Olive Oil by the California Olive Oil Council and certified Organic by the California Certified Organic Farmers.
